Description	This three-day intensive workshop teaches core skills for working with children and their parents in child informed family law dispute resolution. This dynamic and powerful intervention provides an evidence-based approach to building post-separation parenting relationships and care arrangements based on the understanding and effective inclusion of children's core developmental needs within parents' negotiations. Pioneered and developed over many years by Dr Jennifer McIntosh, child inclusion is built upon solid clinical and developmental frameworks, and is supported by longitudinal research with Australian families.
