Description Psychodrama is an experiential method of group Psychotherapy. It creates opportunities for participants to understand their life experiences and to develop positive responses to life. The focus of this group is on helping individuals explore their life and relationships and to develop their capacity to live well. Individuals will benefit who are open and curious about life and interested in learning how to become more engaged and enlivened in their life and work.
