APS Brisbane Area Branch Biennial General Meeting

Format Meeting
Presenters Dr Phillip Stacey (chair)
Description REGISTRATIONS WILL CLOSE NOVEMBER 30

In accordance with the APS generic rules for branches, we would like to advise members that the APS Brisbane Area Branch Committees is hosting the annual general meeting (AGM).

At the 2012 meeting, nominations are called for committee positions. Nomination forms are available on request, and are also available from the branch website. Nominations should be returned at least 7 days before the meeting.

The meeting will also include reports on branch activities during the year.

Meetings are open to all members, and new branch members are particularly welcome. Minutes of the previous branch meetings are available on the branch website: http://www.groups.psychology.org.au/brisbane/. This is a restricted area: members will need to enter their membership number and password (typically your surname).

Members can choose whether or not they would like to have dinner after the meeting. There is no cost to attend the meeting. Members who want to have dinner are asked to pay $10 for a buffet meal and dessert (cost subsidised by the branch). Drinks can be purchased on the night. As this is a buffet, dietary restrictions need not be indicated.

As this is a large commercial venue, please allow sufficient time to sign in at the front desk and be directed to the meeting room. There is free parking on site as well as in the surrounding streets.
