|About the presenter(s)||I am a Medical Doctor who completed my medical degree at the University of NSW in Sydney. I have always had an interest in mental health and after completing my internship, worked in acute psychiatry and community psychiatry
I am passionate about helping mums and dads prepare for parenthood on an emotional and psychological level.
Most antenatal preparation fails to provide new parents information on what life feels like when you are a new mum or dad. My program gives parents preparation and tools to help make the transition go more smoothly.
My telephone counselling role at the Post and Antenatal Depression Association (PANDA) gives me great insight at a grass roots level, to the emotional issues that new parents are dealing with. Hope to meet you soon,
