Preparing Organisational Psychologists for Board Directorships
Format Training Course
Description The College of Organisational Psychology (COP) encourages organizational psychologists to take on directorships on boards. COP believes that organizational psychologists should become more actively involved in boards to provide strategic advice that prioritizes staff well being. To facilitate this COP in partnership with the Australian Institute of Company Directors, is offering the Foundations of Directorship course.

The workshop will comprise three modules:
- Governance for Directors
- Finance for Directors
- Strategy and Risk for Directors
