|About the presenter(s)||John Waters is a Counselling Psychologist who has had various therapeutic, administrative and academic roles in his career. These include roles as Deputy Manager of the Health, Wellbeing & Development unit (HWD) at Monash University, Clayton Campus and Coordinator of the inaugural Masters program at Cairnmillar Institute.
John is a registered supervisor and is the Coordinator of the Cairnmillar Student Clinic at Camberwell where he currently supervises Masters students and lectures on Psychodynamic Psychology. He also conducts workshops on meditation and spiritual growth.
On a personal level John has practiced yoga and meditation for 35 years and believes spirituality should have practical benefits in helping others.
He is a member of the World Service Intergroup, an international network of over 90 groups committed to developing intergroup relationships through meditation & service work.
