|About the presenter(s)||Mary Magalotti is the Founder, Director and Principal Psychologist of Life Resolutions. Mary has gone on an extraordinary journey from home based practicing psychologist in January 2001 to business leader of a network of practices with over 100 psychologists. As such, she has an unrivalled knowledge of the complexities and challenges of juggling the numerous roles required to operate successful private practices.
Steven Whittington is the Chief Operating Officer of Life Resolutions. Steven has for more than twenty years managed small and large businesses in sectors as diverse as finance to agriculture, holding leadership, executive and board positions within these sectors.
Steven has previously been a guest speaker at Australian Psychological Society (APS) events in relation to business in private practice and is ideally placed to explain the hands-on techniques he uses to improve the function of our private practices throughout Australia.
Adam Lea is the National Sales and Marketing Director for Life Resolutions. Adam is responsible for all marketing strategy for Life Resolutions and is at the helm guiding one of the largest marketing spends within the psychology industry.
Both at local and national levels, Adam brings his wealth of knowledge having been a foundation partner in an award winning branding and web agency and having lived in the marketing service of major international brands such as British Airways, Ernst & Young, Disney and KPMG for 15 years.
