Sounds good! Please invite your colleagues to join us.
About the presenter(s) Sue Roffey is currently Adjunct Associate Professor in the School of Education, University of Western Sydney and Director of Wellbeing Australia. Her last job before arriving in Australia in time for the millennium was as Principal Educational Psychologist of a large London borough.
Sue is passionate about the wellbeing of our children and young people, particularly those who are both vulnerable and challenging - those who get landed with the 'double whammy' of disadvantage and disconnection. She is a prolific author on issues of behaviour in school but is increasingly focused on relational quality in school, belonging and social and emotional learning. This is what makes the most difference in changing children's futures and breaking negative cycles. This evening she will be talking about Circle Solutions which is both a philosophy for healthy relationships across a school and a pedagogy for learning them.
