This group will:

Debrief participant's experience of implementing mindfulness-based strategies in practice explored in the Mindfulness in Action 1 workshop

Further explore the consulting style best suited for mindfulness interventions

Discuss further cognitive strategies related to mindfulness which were not explored in workshop 1

Provide practical role plays for participants to deepen their skills in teaching mindfulness meditation and cognitive strategies and put the theory into action

Explore variations of mindfulness-based practices including open awareness, reflection practices and walking meditation

Clinical experience is assumed, but specific experience in mindfulness techniques is not mandatory.
