| Description | Researchers from the Centre of Research Excellence in Patient Safety are currently conducting the world's largest hospital falls prevention trial-the 6-PACK trial. In undertaking this project there have been many learnings about the challenges and facilitators to achieving successful falls prevention in the hospital setting. This seminar has been developed to provide clinicians and quality staff with up-to-date information on best practice for minimising falls and related harm in hospitals. |
