| Presenters | Panel members include: Daryl Stillwell, Lucinda Hewitson and Scott Way |
| Description | The profile of Organisational Psychology at board room tables is growing. Increasingly the value of organisational psychology is being seen as a strategic intervention as well as an operational people management issue. Organisational Psychologists with a sound understanding of business practice are adding considerable value to Boards for private companies and the not-for-profit sector. This is an exciting time to be part of this profession. Come and hear how key individuals across organisational psychology in South Australia view the evolution of this profession onto Boards. Be part of a facilitated Q&A discussion with an informed panel that may challenge your perception of your profession. Panel members will include Daryl Stillwell (Stillwell Management Consultants); Lucinda Hewitson (BAE Systems) and Scott Way (PKF Organisation Development). |
