Description This two day workshop explores theoretical and skill orientated aspects of working with children and their families in counselling. We shall cover the assessment of the child during sessions, therapeutic aspects of work with children, use of projective tools such as drawings, feedback and guidance to parents.
About the presenter(s) Robert Takac is a child and counselling psychologist with over twenty years experience. He works both in public and private practice providing therapy to children, adults, and families. Robert is a highly regarded trainer and provides workshops in a range of areas, particularly related to clinical work with children. Robert offers professional training and clinical supervision in nondirective play therapy. Robert also provides individual and group supervision and consultation to psychologists and other professionals.
