Description Breakafast Seminar covering recent case studies and applications of Saville Consulting Wave questionnaire as well as introducing a new research-based model of Leadership around Task, People and Growth. Research evidence will be presented on comparative validty as well as that of a new range of behavioural screening questionnaires.
About the presenter(s) Scott Ruhfus is Managing Director of Saville Consulting Asia Pacific and an Organisational Psychologist with 25 years experience in research and practical application of psychometrics. He palyed a significant role in introducing OPQ to the Australian Market. Melissa McColough is a Managing Consultant with Saville Consulting. An experienced Organisational Psychologist, she has worked for ACER, DTC, Compassess and Chandler MacLeod. She combines a hands on experience of assessment with a depth and breadth knowledge of tests.
