In this unusual 'brief interview' format we will explore some applications of coaching in the not-for-profit sector and examine exactly what types of contribution that coaching can make.
Anand will share his experiences as a coach, mentor and purchaser of coaching services and provide insight into the untapped value of coaching and how this powerful tool of transformation can be harnessed to impact on the challenges facing the most disadvantaged in our society.
After this, we will provide the opportunity for celebrating another great year of professional development in the company of great colleagues with a few drinks and nibbles!
