Change Anything: The New Science of Personal Success

Format Seminar/Presentation
Presenters Tony Papotto
Description COP and the Coaching Interest Group WA are delighted to present our final event for 2012.
Joining us will be Tony Papotto from 3Sixty to talk to us about the latest New York Times bestselling book "Change Anything" that empowers readers with a model to overcome individual behavioural challenges and reach new levels of personal success.

Tony and his colleagues have been using and testing these coaching techniques with their clients here in Australia and will share with us some of their success stories.
Change Anything education teaches a breakthrough methodology for solving any individual behaviour challenge.

In this seminar you will learn to recognise the personal, social, and environmental forces that shape our actions -using the six sources of influence framework to make individual change inevitable!

According to Tony, "It's mostly due to human behaviour and our bad habits that place people at high risk of suffering from symptoms of chronic diseases, obesity, lifestyle addictions and mental stresses. It is because of behaviour challenges like these that we studied the struggles, trials, and triumphs of 5,000 people looking to change their behaviour for a better life. Our research has uncovered predictable strategies to success for those who wanted to overcome their life-limiting habits and live a happy, healthy and wealthy life."

The new science of personal success honours one of the most citied Psychologists in the past decade, Albert Bandura and his profound work on the social cognitive theory. It also acknowledges other leading professors in the psychology and social science fields in particular Brain Wansink (Bestselling author of Mindless Eating and Director of the Food & Brand Lab at Cornell University).

Come and join us to learn more!
About the presenter(s) Rather than focusing on systems, processes, or strategy, Tony focuses on people, specifically how people behave, which impacts on business performance and personal effectiveness. Tony is a fully accredited behavioural change specialist with more than 30 years of ongoing research on best practice high performance theories and 13 years of applied psychology. Tony is formally recognised as an official International Coaching Federation (ICF) accredited coach (ACC), lifetime accreditation status partner of Human Synergistics psychometric tools (OCI, OEI & LSI) and qualified DISC facilitator certified trainer of VitalSmarts four world class development programs (Influencer, Crucial Conversations, Crucial Accountability & Change Anything).

Tony's current areas of professional interests include studying behavioural and social science to better understand 'why people do what they do to get what they get' in professional and personal life. This wisdom combined with Tony's on-going commitment to researching the latest high performance best practise theories and studying positive emotional psychology drives Tony's personal purpose to help people change behaviour for a better life!
