About the presenter(s)

Dr Judy Lovas is a highly experienced speaker in Psychoneuroimmunology and Relaxation Therapy, with an approach that is both scientific and holistic. Judy is passionate about teaching psychologists how to successfully implement simple Relaxation techniques into clinical practice, to improve patients’ health and wellbeing. Judy’s has extensive experience in teaching, clinical practice and research and highlights the role of evidence based relaxation for stress related conditions such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, fatigue and pain.
