About the presenter(s)
Catlyne is an Organisational Psychologist who spent many years in the public sector working in the fields of individual, team, manager and leadership development. She continues to work as a consultant to organisations dealing with a wide range of people problems in the workplace.
Her current focus is a meta-planning process called "Paths to Identity" which assists organisations to obtain clarity of purpose and direction.
