Event number: 17566
1.5 CPD hours
Presentation/Seminar
Presenter(s): Gene Johnson

Do we know enough about learning agility to use it to make decisions? Is the concept developed enough? What is the ideal balance between practice and theory?

This interactive seminar will provide an overview of the latest research on this topic and discuss how learning agility is used as a predictor of HiPo talent, how it has evolved and where it is going. Gene will also share the most common models to determine HiPo's and highlight the potential issues.

Learning objectives:

  • To understand the concept of learning agility and its relevance to high potential
  • To familiarise with popular learning agility tools
  • To consider the reliability and validity of learning agility tools
  • To appreciate if and how learning agility can be developed.
