Managing performance and motivating staff, both high performers and low performers, is a challenging area for managers, leaders and not least of all for organisational and consulting psychologists.  This session will explore several aspects of performance management, including models of motivation, how to structure a performance enhancement program, aspects of the law you need to be aware of to ensure you are managing the situation fairly and equitably and touch on issues regarding underlying mental health and injury.

About the presenter(s)

This session will be facilitated by Sophie Holdstock and Laura Yazbek. Sophie is a Registered Organisational Psychologist and a Senior HR Business Partner with Elders having previously had a background in talent management, HR consulting and organisation development. Laura is a Registered Psychologist, highly experienced in all facets of organisational psychology consulting including but not limited to strategy development, program and project management, organisational culture change, performance enhancement, psychological appraisal, coaching and training.
