|Description||ABOUT THE WORKSHOP
The MSCEIT Advanced Interpretation workshop will provide:
Practical tools for dealing with complex MSCEIT feedback situations.
An advanced understanding of MSCEIT profile, branch and task interactions.
Up-to-date knowledge on emotional intelligence research, including pre-press studies, to assist with interpretation.
The opportunity to hone MSCEIT feedback skills.
Increased confidence in using the MSCEIT to provide high-impact client feedback.
To ensure a high-quality experience the number of spaces on the program is strictly limited.
The workshop is open to:
MSCEIT Certified Practitioners, and/or
Psychologists who use the MSCEIT and are familiar with the Mayer-Salovey model of emotional intelligence.
ABOUT THE PRESENTER
Dr Susan David is a dynamic and highly rated facilitator. Her programs integrate cutting-edge, evidence-based research with real-world application.
She is a psychologist who has become known internationally for her research, workshops, and keynote talks that apply emotional intelligence abilities to performance effectiveness and coaching.
Susan holds Bachelors, Honours, two Masters, and Ph.D. degrees in psychology. Her Ph.D. on emotional intelligence was completed at the University of Melbourne. She is a Research Fellow at the University of Melbourne, and a Research Associate at Yale University, USA. Susan has been awarded fourteen prizes and scholarships, including the prize for the best debut presentation at the annual conference of the Australasian Society for Psychiatric Research. For three consecutive years she has been selected as an International Positive Psychology Fellow by the Positive Psychology Network, directed by Dr. Martin Seligman. She has authored peer-reviewed publications in international journals, and is currently editing and authoring books on evidence-based executive coaching and positive psychology.
Susan served as an external advisor for the first Masters of Applied Positive Psychology program to be implemented in the United Kingdom and is an invited member of the Advisory Panel for the International Coaching Psychology Review. She is regularly asked to speak at international conferences. Recent presentations include the Nexus International Emotional Intelligence Conference (Canada) and the Breakthrough Leadership Conference (Dubai).
Susan has extensive organizational psychology experience. She works with leading organizations in Australia, the United States, Canada, South Africa, and New Zealand.
Susan is the only accredited MSCEIT Certification Program trainer in Australasia who has been certified by the originators of the theory of emotional intelligence (Professors Jack Mayer and Peter Salovey) in their model and measure.
