| Description | This workshop provides specialised skills for clinicians working with patients with mood disorders over the long-term. The workshop examines three key areas relevant to long-term management including risk reduction - within the context of lifestyle modification, stress management and interpersonal skills training, relapse prevention - with a particular focus on the detection and management of early warning signs and planning for building resilience in depression and bipolar disorder. Participants will also be encouraged to consider factors related to risk and recovery within the wider social context for patients with mood disorders |
