| Description | Workshop outline This one-day introductory workshop has the same structure as the "Core Concepts in Working with People from Refugee Backgrounds" (it is not necessary to do both) but focuses on providing a framework for understanding the unique issues and challenges faced by refugee children and adolescents. It will look at the impact of war and violence from a developmental perspective, with attention paid to attachment and resilience.
