| Description | Workshop outline This one-day workshop aims to provide clinicians with additional skills for clinical practice in the treatment of child and adolescent refugee survivors of torture and trauma. It will reflect the shift in the formulation of the impacts of trauma on the developing brain. An integrated psychological, social and neurological approach to developmental trauma and treatment will be presented. Participants will be encouraged to reflect on the strengths and limitations of various therapeutic approaches.
