Includes the Focussed Psychological Strategies as required for Medicare registration to use the mental health item numbers. Also includes relaxation, stress management, guided imagery and hypnosis. Presented as 6 one day active learning modules covering anxiety, both GAD and phobias, insomnia, weight loss, stop smoking and pain.
