Nominations for the APS College of Forensic Psychologists (NSW Section) Annual Awards are open to all individuals.

Nomination process

Nominations can be made by any APS member and background information supporting the nomination must be provided. The nominee may then be asked to submit additional information to support the nomination.

The three awards are to reward excellence concerning Forensic Psychology within three categories:

  1. Research and Academic Work
  2. Psychological Practice and Professional Work
  3. Open Category Contribution to Forensic Psychology – eg media personnel, legal professionals, and other related professionals

Value of Awards & closing date

Each of the three awards will be valued at $500, which will be a total value of $1,500.
