Advance Notice. This year University of South Australia, in conjunction with the Interest Group on Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Peoples and Psychology, will be holding a 2-day conference ‘Psychology and Indigenous Australians: Teaching, practice and theory’, followed by a two-day cultural awareness workshop facilitated by Wendy Nolan. The conference will be held in Adelaide on July 12 and 13 (Thursday/Friday) and the workshop on Saturday 14th & Sunday 15th. The conference will be an expansion of the workshops held in 2005 and 2006 and will include sessions on theory and research. Keynote speakers will include Professor Judy Atkinson, Tracy Westerman and Dennis McDermott.
