The recipient of the 2008 Bendi Lango Foundation Bursary is Graham Gee, a descendent of the Garawa nation (Gulf of Carpentaria, Northern Territory), who completed his Bachelor of Physical Education in 1992, upon which he took up a position as a lecturer at the Batchelor Institute of Indigenous Tertiary Education in Ngukarr, southeast Arnhem Land. During his postgraduate psychology studies, Graham was employed with Native Title Services Victoria and was involved in developing a Victorian Indigenous land management strategy. He completed his Graduate Diploma of Psychology (University of Melbourne) in 2006 and his Postgraduate Diploma of Psychology (University of Melbourne) in 2007. Graham is commencing his Master of Psychology degree at the University of Melbourne in 2008. Congratulations to Graham on his achievements so far. We all wish him well in his postgraduate studies.
