Copyright and Author Rights

The APS has followed the guidelines of our journals publisher Taylor & Francis, and the following decision has been made with regard to Copyright and Author Rights relating to APS journals and publications:

You (the author) retain the right to post your revised text version of the ‘postprint’ of the Article (i.e., the Article in the form accepted for publication in the relevant APS publication following the process of peer review), after an embargo period of 12 months, as an electronic file on an Author’s own website for personal or professional use, or on an Author’s internal university, college, or corporate network or intranet, or within an Institutional or Subject Repository, but not for commercial sale or for any systematic external distribution by a third party (for example a listserv or database connected to a public access server) subject to the following acknowledgement:

‘This is an electronic version of an article published in [include the complete citation information for the final version of the article as published in the print edition of the journal].'
