Kerry works with adolescents and adults. She works with clients experiencing a range of different life problems including stress, anxiety (including panic and phobias), depression, self-esteem issues, perfectionism and procrastination, motivational problems, bullying, anger management, relationship or family problems, work issues, life adjustment and developmental issues, parenting difficulties, crisis, grief and loss.
Kerry has been trained to deliver evidence-based therapies, including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Schema Therapy, Mindfulness, Narrative, and creative therapies.
Kerry has extensive experience working in a variety of different settings settings, including the not-for-profit sector, schools, community and private practice settings. Her previous roles were at headspace, schools and Melbourne Citymission.
