Rachel has been a registered psychologist since 2011 and worked locally in Toowoomba across public and private settings since 2013. She is a Clinical Psychologist, AHPRA Board approved supervisor and director of Lighthouse Psychology Service. Rachel provides Psychological Therapy and Assessment for a wide range of mental health concerns including depression and anxiety. She uses evidence based therapies to help children, adolescents and adults navigate life's challenges including: learning, wellbeing, relationships and change.

Rachel also has a Masters in Education (Guidance and Counselling) and has worked as a teacher in Australia, UK and Japan. She has extensive experience (psycho-educational assessment, learning and behavioural interventions, social skills training, personal and vocational counselling) working as a P-12 Guidance Officer with children, families and schools including therapy and assessment.
